ResKids Registration

If this is your first time to ResOak, please complete this form to register your child(ren) for ResKids programming.  We offer Sunday classes for infants through 5th grade.

We love capturing special moments at our church and occasionally use photos from events and programs in our promotional materials (such as on our website, social media, or printed flyers). Do we have your permission to include photos of your child(ren) in these materials?
